ChezRosi is a risographic workspace initiated by PTTL (Plus tôt te Laat). We support the productions of our members and print for others at fair prices. Benefits are invested in new material and new books.
PTTL Opening statement:
Painters are still painting cows in the meadow. Today you can not recognise them easily because they became abstract. There is nothing to see except the social decipherment of language and forms.
Put oil paint in the hinges. Be your own daily producers and fire question marks at all the institutions that try to control our lives. Collectively or individually.
PTTL started a base in the unemployment office at Sint-Joost in 1998. It was a place for interventions by temporary and strategic workgroups. Meanwhile we moved out. The project is still ongoing

ChezRosi est l’atelier d’impression risographique de PTTL (Plus tôt te Laat). Nous soutenons les productions de nos membres et imprimons pour d’autres à des prix modestes. Nos bénéfices sont investis dans l’achat de matériel et la production de nouveaux livres.
PTTL opening statement:
Trop de peintures représentent encore des vaches dans un pré, si ce n’est qu’on ne les reconnaît plus aussi aisément parce qu’elles sont post-abstraites. Il n’y a rien à voir, si ce n’est le décryptage social du langage et des formes. Mettez-donc de la peinture à l’huile dans ces rouages.
Soyez au quotidien votre propre producteur et ouvrez le feu de vos interrogations à toutes les institutions qui tentent de gérer vos vies. Collectivement ou individuellement.
PTTL s’est basé en 1998 dans le bureau de pointage de St-Josse. Endroit d’interventions temporaires et d’ateliers qui tantôt se dissolvent, tantôt dépassent ou non les frontières. Ministère des visiteurs, leur nombre n’’a jamais été déterminé, et bien que les bureaux de pointage de toute la Belgique ont tous étés fermés en 2006, nous avons lié notre sort aux thémathiques sociales et urbaines.

ChezRosi is het riso-atelier van PTTL (Plus tôt te Laat). Naast de producties van onze leden verzorgen we, tegen een bescheiden prijs, ook jouw drukwerk. De winstmarge gaat naar de aankoop van nieuw materiaal en het maken van nieuwe uitgaven.
PTTL opening statement:
Schilders schilderen nog steeds teveel koeien die in de weide staan.
Er is niets te zien dan de sociale ontcijfering van taal en vormen. Wees dagelijks u eigen producenten. Vuur vraagtekens naar alle instituten die onze levens trachten te beheersen. Collectief of individueel. Stop olieverf in de scharnieren.
PTTL is vandaag een groep mensen met zin voor interventies van tijdelijke en strategische aard. Hun aantal is onbepaald.
PTTL ontstond in 1998, met als basis het stempelkantoor van Sint-Joost. Tot het jaar 2006, wanneer de tweewekelijkse stempelcontrole over heel België opgedoekt werd, om plaats te maken voor « individuele begeleiding van de werkzoekenden. » Ook vandaag is het lot van PTTL sterk verbonden met sociale en stedelijke themathieken.
